Roasted Local Squash
Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash 
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning 
- a drizzle of Body Bio Oil or a good quality cold-pressed Olive Oil (contact me for more information on Body Bio Oil). 
Method
- Slice Squash into quarters 
- Add seasoning 
- Place in oven at 180 degrees C for 30 - 35 minutes 
Buying a fresh and local vegetables makes such a difference to nutrient value and flavour. I bought this Squash from a local farm just down the road from where I live.
