Beef Bone Broth Stew
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Grass-Fed Beef Bone Borth (I use Australian Both Broth brand) 
- 130g Organic Stewing Beef 
- Small head of Broccoli (chopped into large chunks) 
- 1 Tomato (chopped into large chunks) 
- 1/4 Yellow Onion (chopped finely) 
- Sprig of fresh Parsley 
- 1/4 tsp lazy Garlic / 1/2 Clove of Garlic 
- 1/4 tsp Cumin 
- Sprinkle of Chilli flakes 
- Drizzle of Apple Cider Vinegar 
Method
- Mix Bone Broth in 100ml warm water 
- Place Bone Broth in a pot on oven at medium heat 
- Add Beef, Onion, Garlic and seasonings to the pot and leave to cook for 15 minutes 
- Add Vegetables and cooking for another 5 - 10 minutes. 
Australian Bone Broth comes from Grass-Fed Cows. It works well in soups and broths. Bone Broth has many gut-healing properties and a good source of protein collagen.
