Tuna Nori Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 can tinned Tuna 
- 1/4 Cucumber (sliced thin) 
- 3 Spring Onion (sliced thin) 
- 1/2 Avocado (sliced thin) 
- Handful Alfalfa/Salad Sprouts 
- 3 - 4 Nori roll sheets 
Method
- Place Nori roll on a surface, with shiny side facing down 
- Fill Nori roll horizontally with a thin line of ingredients (on ingredients list - careful not to over fill) 
- Wet furtherest edge of Nori sheet and 
 begin rolling, lift the end of the Nori sheet closest to you and fold it over your ingredients.
- Make sure that you have a tight roll and dab water along the exposed edge of Nori. 
- Dip in Tamari or a homemade dressing to serve. 
A quick and easy to homemade dressing to compliment Nori rolls: Lemon Juice, lazy Garlic, a dash of Tamari, Apple Cider Vinegar, dash of Coconut Aminos / Maple Syrup, Chilli, pinch of Pepper and Cumin - mix well.
